- Yes, I think FALCON DOOM (BAD MOOD ;-) is _exactly_ what Atari Falcon has
- needed since its birth! It's something that gathers us together - makes
- all Falcon owners think that this bird is something special. And that WE,
- its users, are something *special* =) !!
-
- Something that really can't be done for Amiga (the Ultimate Games Machine),
- but fits like a glove on Falcon ... Delicious!
- I believe, this is more than just making a game. This is work for our
- future as Atari-users. Very, very important...

- Me, too ;-) And those great demo coders out there, they are perfectly
- capable of doing miracles in this area...

- I LOVE this idea, love, love, love!!! Fantastic! Doom already is kind of
- that, but the idea probably can me improved, still. Citys, streets, ...
- It'd be gamers heaven. Sigh.... ;-)
-
- This might be The Ultimate Falcon Game. And it really wouldn't have to be
- too fast on a standard Falcon, as long as it would run on 68040-birds
- (Afterburner accelerator, for example), FX-accelerated birds of prey, etc.
- It's pretty cheap and easy to accelerate Falcon, after all.
-
- My new FX-card update 1.1 accelerates my MPEG-films from ordinary 6..12 FPS
- to over 29 FPS. Though the new, ultra-fast Page Mode isn't implemented yet,
- the write-speed of Fast RAM in 256 color mode is 11.8 MB/s compared to
- original less than 4 MB/s (ST-RAM). That makes a difference =) !
